In my career as a consultant and entrepreneur, I’ve observed two types of companies – those with organizational purpose and those without. The companies that actively maintained organizational purpose had higher employee satisfaction and benefited from a strong customer base. While those who lacked a clear purpose experienced low employee morale and stagnant growth.
