Candidate needed a quick targeted marketing campaign to win a special election for City Council.
An urgent vacancy opened on a seven member city council. 4 individuals decided to run for the position with elections taking place in less than 90 days.
Turning out a vote for an off-cycle election is always difficult, especially in a tight time window.
In the end, Smith won the seat with 51% of the vote with second coming in 15 points back at 36%.
As a continuation for this project, we are working with Smith to develop a communication portal for her constituency.
